Company history
- 1976 – Alumina shortage, lack of refractories for the Glass container companies in Mexico.
- 1976-1977 Business opportunity to supply expendables to Vitro Group •1977 – Founded by our director Ch.E. Gloria Oswelia Leon Alvarez
- 1984 – Concretes, mortars, fiber mastic (mouldables), chemical bonding, also pressed and extrusion process for small products.
- 1990 – Nationwide customer growth is strengthened by founding a Corporation
- 2000 – New formulations were developed with collaboration of the University of Rolla and the Instituto Politecnico Nacional
- 2002 – Export to Central and South America began
- 2005 – Our formula with 30% zircon was introduce in the market •2007 – Crown repair for Glass furnaces and refractory installation expand our service capabilities.
- 2018 – On February 2018, Certification on ISO 9001:2008 was obtained. In May 2018, a transition consulting program for ISO 9001:2015 was signed.
